What should I do? (not OT)

My #13 has a really bad problem with her bangs. They go over her eyes where she can't open them. I was wondering if I should exchange her for a doll without bangs? If so, should I get Jess or #25? [img]graemlins/angel.gif[/img]

You could exchange her for another doll? CS should be able to help.

Or, just part her bangs. I think they look better a little parted and brushed out of the face anyway.

If she's a new doll, I would definitely return her. You could return her for another 13.
